The difference between the Demco # DM62VR for disc brakes and the Demco # DM72VR for drum brakes is the pressure each one operates at so that why they cannot be interchanged.
Disc brakes require 1600 PSI where drums like what your trailer has require around 1000 PSI.

Without knowing what axle capacity you have it's hard to say exactly what leaf spring you would need. But for a 5 leaf spring we only have 6k axle springs like the part # e34SR which is 25-1/4 inches long overall. Normally the two pieces of info needed for replacement springs is axle capacity (most important) and length so that you hopefully don't have to move hangers.
