Yes, there is! To add a 2" hitch to a 2023 Nissan Leaf you will want the EcoHitch item # 306-X7221. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Nissan with included hardware. This is a class II hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 300 lbs maximum tongue weight.

The Curt trailer hitch part # C11396 that you referenced has a vertical weight rating of 150 lbs and is rated for towing a trailer that weighs up to 1,500 lbs.
I checked with Nissan and they do not recommend towing a trailer with this vehicle.
