Both the Yakima FrontLoader, Y02103, and the Yakima HighRoad, # Y02114, will fit your 2018 Subaru Impreza 5-door with roof rack E361SFL200. The FrontLoader is actually being phased out and replaced with the HighRoad so if it were me I would take the HighRoad!

We haven't installed either Draw-Tite # 76209 or # 36644 on a 2018 Subaru Impreza so I can't tell you the exact measurements on your car but I went out to our warehouse (safety toe covers and all) and compared the two hitches.
The lowest point of both hitches is actually the outside "wings" and not the receiver tube. Both of them are the same at about 10-1/2 inches from the mounting locations. The measurement at the reveiver tubes are about 1/2 an inch difference with the Class II, part... view full answer...
Between the two racks I would recommend you go with the Hollywood Racks Trail part # HR200Z.
Both this rack and the Swagman # S64650 are great racks but if you check out the test course videos I attached for both racks you will see that the Hollywood Racks moves quite a bit less than the Swagman when traveling down the road.
