There is one way you can carry a bike with your 2023 Genesis GV70, though I checked with all of our manufacturers and there is not a trailer hitch or trunk-mounted bike rack that fits your car. So what you'd have to do is use a roof rack and a roof-mounted bike rack. I know it's not what you asked for, but I thought I'd at least give you the option if you were interested.

Kuat actually makes an adapter specifically for this purpose and it will work great with your Kuat Sherpa bike rack like the # SH12G.

Your 2023 Genesis GV70 will use an entirely different Thule setup so you'll unfortunately have to replace your whole roof rack. Here are the parts you need for a Thule WingBar Evo that fits your flush rails:

The only hitch that is available for your 2022 Genesis GV70 is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT63GR you were looking at. This is a class III hitch with more capacity and a wider option of accessory choices. This hitch has a 2" receiver.
