- I think you meant 275/55-19 and in which case the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains part # TH02230K77 are what you're are going to want to use on the rear wheels since they don't go around the inside of the tire so there will be no tire clearance issues. These are also the same chains recommended by Mercedes. They are super easy to install once you get them setup the first time and there is very minimal contact with the vehicle.
