The Curt ATV Towing Starter Kit # C45038 may fit your 2018 Honda FourTrax Rancher though it is not designed as a specific fit for ATVs.
Does your Rancher ATV have a tongue like in the accompanying photo? If so it will simply bolt onto that tongue, which is what would be required for this to fit on your Honda. I took a look at a bunch of photos of this ATV and was unable to determine if it has the tongue but a quick glance at the rear of your ATV and you should be able to tell pretty quickly.

The correct custom winch mount kit for your 2017 Honda FourTrax Rancher is part # BDW15114 if it has the independent suspension or part # BDW15181 if it has the solid axle.
With these mounts you can use winches such as # BDW15001 (1-horsepower and rated for 2000-lbs) or # BDW15002 (1.2-horsepower and rated for 3000-lbs). The Superwinch LT2000 winch 1220210 mounts with a 2-bolt pattern spaced apart 3.15-inches; at most you may need a drill a new hole in the mount to use this winch.
