To convert the Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56074 to a European 7-way you need to first install this connector in your 2010 Infiniti FX50. After that, cut off its 4-way and you will need to use Converter # 118158; connect its green, yellow and white wires to the matching color wires on the Harness.
