I do have a solution for you to carry 4 bikes, but since the trailer hitch receivers that are available for your 2016 Chevrolet Cruz are 1-1/4 inch Class I receivers you will be limited to a 2 bike carrier for the hitch. To carry 4 bikes you will need to install a roof rack and carry 2 bikes on your roof.

Unfortunately, the only trailer hitch receivers that our vendors currently offer for a 2012 Chevy Cruze are Class 1, which only come with a 1-1/4" receiver tube like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11282.
