I do have an option for you but the Yakima LiteRider Bike Rack does not use a SpeedKnob. The SpeedKnob is for newer Yakima Hitch Bike Racks and is a bit different than the locking mechanism for the Yakima LiteRider. It sounds like you are needing the replacement linkage for the Kwikee 32 Series Step Assembly on your Fleetwood Excursion. I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he said due to the age of your particular model you will need to use the Upgrade Kit # LC379145.

The OEM roof rack on your 2009 Mini Clubman does appear to be a version of the Thule roof rack system made specifically for Mini vehicles so yes, the Replacement Key # THKEYN005 would be the correct replacement part. view full answer...
