You actually don't need any of those parts to connect the wiring from your tow vehicle to your trailer.
We have the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036 which plugs into the 4-Way on your vehicle and has extra wire to tie into the reverse light function on your vehicle. This will activate the basic lighting functions on your trailer as well as the reverse signal.
