I checked the online manual for the 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 and it states that tire chains are only to be used on the rear wheels. While your 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 does share the same chassis as the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E 350 the fascia is different. This will also mean parts behind the rear fascia are different and the same receiver will not be able fit both vehicles.
