The hitch you're looking for is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH67FR. This is the same as the SHR33003 you were looking for. This hitch has a max tongue weight of 600 lbs and will allow you to carry hitch mounted accessories with your 2023 Volvo V90. If you plan on towing you want the # SH67FRT instead. The only hitch available that will fit on the 2019 Volvo V90 R is the Stealth Hitches # SH67FR, which can be used to carry bike racks, but there is not currently available wiring to allow for towing. This is a custom fit hitch for the V90 that will install behind the bumper and because the receiver is removable it won't affect your ground clearance nearly as much as a standard hitch.
