Yes, you can use the Yakima 50" CoreBars # Y00421 with the BaseLine Towers # Y28TR and Fit Kit # Y06123 and # Y06153 on your 2011 Toyota Camry with the Thule Compass # TH890000. These are all compatible with each other and Yakima has confirmed that the 50" bars will work on your Camry.
Thule doesn't have a length requirement for the Compass, you just need to make sure that your kayaks don't exceed 130 lbs combined and that neither of them are wider than 36" for them to fit.

I have options for the Camry but there is not a 2" hitch receiver available for the 2005 Toyota Camry. Smaller vehicles like the Camry that are not designed to tow will sometimes not have 2" hitch receiver fits.

It is possible for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36416 on your 2010 Toyota Camry to have some flex in the trunk floor pan under the spare tire. This is due to the floor pan being thin sheet metal. To remedy this you could replace the small spacers that are used with some larger plates of steel that will disperse the weight over a larger area and make it harder for the floor pan to flex.

I checked with Curt about trailer hitch # C11576 and they do say it is a fit for all styles of the 2018 Toyota Camry. We also have not had anyone complain that the hitch did not fit due to interference from the exhaust components.
