We have a similar wheel mounted roof bike rack that can attach to the channels on top of a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform or a Yakima Lock N Load but the Malone you mentioned can't. Part # 9464-35 is actually rated higher in Towing capacity at 30,000 lbs than the # 9464-57. The head on the 9464-57 is rated at 30,000 lbs but the lower capacity is due to the construction of the installation rails included. My contact said the 9464-35 is constructed of stronger steel.
