If the landing gear is electrically operated and the motor makes noise but the legs do not move then it could just be that the battery does not have enough charge to run the landing gear. The Nev-R-Lube style bearings aren't designed to ever need maintenance. They have a 100,000 mile warranty and if they ever failed it would be just a matter of replacing them. LIke with the # 31-71-3 for if you have a 8,000 lb axle.
