If the tv isn't turning on then I would unplug it from the outlet and check it with a multimeter # PT89ZR to see if the outlet has enough voltage to properly power the tv. If you have no power then you probably have a blown fuse. You can also try plugging the tv into another outlet that you know works to rule out the outlet being the issue.
