The ZCI Trailer Wiring kit part # 119250KIT that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Mercedes GLK350 as it can basically be installed on any vehicle and since it does not require cutting or splicing into the vehicles wiring it would not void any warranties either.
Instead of splicing into the wires the sensors of this kit just clamp around them and sense that voltage is being carried on the wire and that is what is used to signal which trailer wiring circuit needs to activated.... view full answer...
There are two different spacer blocks that come with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75774, per the instructions they are 5/8” X 1-1/2” X 2” and 1/4” X 1-1/2” X 2”.
