It's probably just a matter of unplugging the connectors and plugging them back in as it sounds like some of the pins aren't making contact. If that doesn't fix the issue I would assume the converter box is bad and would need to be replaced. view full answer...
I have a great solution for a bike rack for your 2017 Lexus NX Turbo but none of the trunk rack manufacturers we offer have any confirmed fits for your vehicle. Best option is a hitch rack with a hitch installed like the part # 75956 which is a confirmed fit and would work well.
