Though we have yet to get the chance to install the Curt # C13243 on a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, we have done an install with the Draw-Tite # 75229 on a 2016.
When this was done, we got 13 inches from the ground to the inside top of the receiver, which should be very similar, if not the same, as installing the # C13243 on your 2020.

The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR94XR sits right around 4" tall, so at the most it will add 4" to the height of your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, but since the feet sit on the slope of the roof the overall height should be a little lower than that. I don't have a 2018 Range Rover Sport to test fit this on and get you an exact measurement, but 4" will be the max height. view full answer...
