I reached out to Stealth Hitches as their bumper mount receivers like the # SH49GR typically will not have an issue with hybrids since they attach and sit behind the frame. They said they have never heard of any issues with this receiver not fitting on a hybrid. We also have their Kit # SH46GR which will give you the same receiver as above but also includes the necessary parts for towing. We only carry splice in style 4-way like the Curt # C59236 which fit your 2010 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. You could combine this with a 7-Way Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L if you wish to have both the 4-way flat and 7-way without needing a brake controller.
