The way to pick out the correct size fairing for a roof rack like what is on your 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz is to measure the distance between the feet of the rack and go with the fairing that matches that the closest. I'd imagine a 38 inch fairing like the # TH72WV that you referenced would fit well but you'll have to measure to be sure.

You're correct, the Draw-Tite # 75776 hitch uses M10 x 1.25 x 30 bolts to attach the hitch to the nuts welded into the frame.
It's extremely rare that the wrong hardware is sent out with a hitch, I've only seen it happen once or twice in almost 15 years here. It's certainly a possibility but what's much more likely is that you have road grime and corrosion built up on the threads of the nuts that are welded up into the frame member which is preventing the threads from catching. While you are correct that your 2021 Hyundai Palisade comes prewired for a 7-way connector, there is not a trailer brake controller harness compatible with the trailer brake controller port underneath the dash of your vehicle.

I have a solution but there isn't a mount like # D210 that has a rise to tow your trailer level. What you could do is use extra long ball mount # BH20 with a towing bike carrier such as # C18013. With this set up the most bikes you could carry is 3. The ball mount has a 3/4 inch rise but the tongue weight of the trailer and weight of the bikes will drop it down a little to compensate. view full answer...
When it comes to a trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Hyundai Tucson, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, # 75717. On the Thule AeroBlade crossbars the upper part of the T-slot is 1/2 inch wide and the lower part is 3/4 inches wide. T-bolt # 853-0782 could work. The threaded part is 2 inches long and has a diameter of 8 millimeters.

The Rightline Range 2 # RL100R20, would be a great option for a roof cargo carrier on your 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. This carrier measures 40 inches x 36 inches x 18 inches with 4 tie down straps to secure the bag to the crossbars, rails, or door jambs. As for size, these bags are made to be very universal. When we installed the Curt Hitch # C13427 on our 2020 Hyundai Palisade, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the rear bumper is 5-1/2". That's slightly further out than the other hitch you were looking at.

The Blue Ox Track Pro # BLU36FR requires a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" diameter shank, so you can use something like the Draw-Tite # 19286, which is a 2-5/16" hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank. The Track Pro # BLU36FR is designed for trailers with tongue weights between 200-lbs and 600-lbs and you want your tongue weight to fall somewhere in the middle of that range.
