Most likely it's wiring. First make sure the connections made to your battery terminals are tight. This is the problem the majority of the time. If that checks out trace the wiring to the jacks and fix any obvious problems.
If your jacks have a manual crank try using it too. If it will still crank by hand it's an electrical problem and but if it won't crank by hand then it's mechanical and possibly a gear box or screw problem in the jack leg. view full answer...

You can use smaller 40w lightbulbs to replace the bulbs on your Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace # 324-000065. These bulbs can be obtained at any local hardware or home store. The bulbs can be accessed from the back of the unit, so you will have to take the unit out in most circumstances. For a single regulator you'd want the part # 108220 and you'd be set. I would be happy to. Since your 2019 Heartland RV Landmark has 8,000 lbs axles you will need the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit item # K2HR89DD. These will replace the hubs and drums you have with rotors and hubs. The mounting brackets will attach to the flanges you already have. With the recent addition of the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers # MR29DR I feel these are now the best option. These equalizers provide up to 4" of travel with axles up to 8,000lbs. Be sure to pair this with one of the shackle kits listed below. Sure thing, though we don't have any way of knowing what equalizer is on any one 5th wheel trailer, so to get the correct upgrade for your Heartland RV 5th wheel you'll need to do a wee bit of measuring. It's pretty simple though, as you'll just want to measure from center to center of the bolt hole, and from the center of the equalizer to the center of the top bolt hole. It sounds like you're saying you have 12V when testing the 7-way on your vehicle. There can be some voltage lost heading back to the brakes but it shouldn't be something minimal, not down to 7.5V. More than likely there is a wiring issue. The easiest thing to do is go ahead and replace the brake output wire with 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1. You can also double check your ground and make sure it is secure on a clean, bare-metal surface.
