We have the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels # PXQT545BHS, which is black and fits the 5 lug.
As long as your bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2" and has 1/2" lug nuts, then the # PXQT545BHS cover will work. This is the only black, 5 lug cover that we have.

There is an option for a 14 inch wheel similar to the steel directional trailer wheel you mentioned, with the difference being that the wheel comes in silver and not chrome:

The 2017 Ford Expedition with a factory 4-Way plug can be converted to a 7-way plug 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L which will allow you to use the Curt Echo Brake Controller part # C51180 that simply plugs in line with the 7-way plug and can be controlled with a smart phone.
