The only thing that would stop you from moving up would be the clearance that adding tires with 1"+ of added height to your setup; you'd want to start by measuring from the top of your current tires to the frame and the top of the wheel well. You'll typically need at least 3" of clearance for enough travel for the tires and suspension. Going with larger tires would also mean changing the wheels, so it's also something to consider.
