To add brakes to your 2018 Forest River Flagstaff Hard Side Camper T21QBHW you will want to the Electric Trailer Brake Kit item # AKEBRK-35. This kit includes both the left and right side brakes.
These are for up to a 3,500 lbs axle, fit a 10" x 2-1/4" drum, and the brake mounting flange has a four bolt pattern.
If you would like self adjusting brakes you will want the Electric Trailer Brake Kit item # AKEBRK-35-SA.

The Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler # AM3604 is a really convenient system as you already know. When you have wheels that are closer together, you can still use this system, you simply need to cut the leveler down so it just barely fits between the tires. The Jr Products LED Dimmer Rocker switch part # 37215225 will work to dim the ceiling lights of your 2018 Rockwood 23BDS.
