I reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the issue you're having with the Level-Up Hydraulic System on your trailer/RV. He said the symptoms you described are likely due to a faulty touch pad, but there is one thing he wants you to check before replacing it.
If you unplug and remove the touch panel there will be a black and green wire behind it. The green wire is for ground and the black wire is for power. Make sure the green wire is securely attached and use a circuit tester... view full answer...
