I can't say for sure since it hasn't been tested and we don't have one around to try it out. It would also depend on the actual bikes and bike rack you have. I imagine that as convenient as it may seem it is probably a horrible pain to detach the # DT72GR receiver with the bike rack on. It might be doable with an extra set of hands but if you tried it yourself it would be awkward and something will probably be hitting the ground.
