The closest replacement we have for the Atwood RV Water Heater GE16-EXT is the Atwood RV Water Heater w/ Heat Exchange GCH10A-4E part # AT94023 that we offer. The GCH10A-4E has both gas and electric features just like the GE16-EXT as well as a 10 gallon capacity. However your GE16-EXT has a valve to mix in cool water so that that the 10 gallon capacity is more like 16 gallons. Basically you want to determine the size of the stereo you'll need first and then go with the stereo that fits that size that has the features you are in need of. For example, the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM45 that you referenced fits the standard double din size found on most RVs and has 2 zones, Bluetooth, can play CDs, DVDs, HDMI, USB etc.

The broken step arm can be caused by more than one issue but the control module simply tells the step when to function. The motor however is a resistant motor so if working correct would stop when too much pressure or force is being applied.
