Hey Leehan, that is a great question. I double checked with our installers, and I was told that the hole used on this 2012 Fiat 500 was naturally occurring and not drilled. There was a hole located above/left of the gas pedal. If you pull back the carpet/insulation, you should see a plugged hole that can be used for the vacuum line and wiring for the Domco SMI Stay-IN-Play # SM99251.
