While I do not have the ability to look up the part number for a door latch on your trailer, I do know that the most common of locking door latches can be replaced with the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch, # 295-000019 (black finish). I do have a couple of options for you that are pretty universal and work with most trailers. However, since there isn't a way to cross reference your specific trailer year, make and model, you'll need to take a couple quick measurements to confirm one of the following will work.
1. Global Link Replacement Strike Plate for RV Entry Doors, part # 295-000022. This strike plate measures 3-7/8 inches long by 1-1/4 inches wide overall. The distance between mounting hole centers is 3-5/16 inches.... view full answer...
You could drill into the Bulldog # BD028463 and make it a bolt-on but that's not really ideal. We don't have the exact match in a bolt-on model.
We do have part # BD44150WH301 for a bolt-on Bulldog coupler. It has a higher rating but the price tag is quite a bit more.
Another option is a Demco coupler. Part # DM16680-52 has even more weight capacity and a nice latch. It fits the same ball size and bolt pattern as well. view full answer...
The Electric Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA should be what you're needing. Even though these are only rated for up to a 7K axle they should be sufficient for your trailer. All you need to do is verify that the inside diameter of your hub and drum assembly is 12" and that your brakes use the 5-bolt mounting pattern on the back plate. If that matches then this is the route you want to go.

From what I was able to find with my resources, it looks like the Featherlite Gooseneck Car Hauler trailers have a lock and handle similar to the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option - Black # 295-000019. This lock kit fits doors that are 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick and will install into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. I do have an option for you but the SAE number that you have listed is not a part number therefore cannot be used to trace the origin of the light. The photo that you said you attached also did not come though but you are in luck as we have had enough customers who have provided this SAE number along with a photo therefore are able to identify the light you have and the correct replacement lenses for these lights are part # A39RB and part # A37RB. view full answer...
With your 2004 Featherlite 8127 horse trailer having a 14,000LB GVWR you will have two 7,000lb axles. This will use either the Bearing kit # BK3-200 or # BK3-210. These kits are for 1 hub and have the same bearings with different grease seal sizes.
