The Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit part # RM-4139-127 for front and part # RM-4139-125 for rear are correct for a 1998 Damon Daybreak. We do offer just the replacement bushings for these but they are not designed to be used with the factory brackets. If done so, you risk the chance of the bushing slipping out causing damage as well as risking losing control of the motorhome.

Yes, with your current Dometic arms being 77-1/2" in length the Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434724 would be a great powered replacement. These arms are going to come with some adapters to make them compatible with your Dometic roller tube so that you can keep the replacement cost down.

The correct replacement for your 300-1406 motor is the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step part # LC301695. If you need other components I would need more info on the steps as this specific motor fits quite a few different steps. The Atwood GE16EXT 10 gallon water heater has 23.5" x 19.4" x 18.2" dimensions so you'll have to make alterations to the cutout hole to fill in the gap from any of the water heaters we carry. I recommend the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR. Since this system is discontinued you'd be looking at completely replacing the system with another unfortunately. Lippert does have some systems that are a similar design to your Atwood system and compatible with a motorhome layout, but we do not currently offer them.
