From what I could find online it looks like your Quest QX-3801 stereo does mount with bolts but they may be hidden with plugs in the face of the stereo. Try looking for any removeable plugs near the corners of your stereo.

While I wasn't able to get an exact cutout dimensional sheet from Furrion, I was able to find some dimensions that you can use to get an idea of what kind of cutout you need (see attached). The Furrion RV Sound bar w/ USB Charge # FSB2N25MCBL mounts flush to the wall so the cutout only needs to accommodate the back part of the stereo and the speakers.
