The connector that you found under your dash is actually the OBD-II port which is why it doesn't quite match up with a brake controller adapter, like part # 3034-P which fits Tekonsha and Draw-Tite brake controllers.

Underneath the dash over in the lower left corner where the emergency brake is located, is a black fuse box. Remove the lid exposing the ports in the fuse box and plug in your Tekonsha Wiring Adapter # 3034-P for your Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885.

The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR comes with everything needed for installation on models with factory trailer brake pre-wiring under the dash. I do not believe there is any such wiring on a 2020 Coachmen Freelander Motorhome therefore you'll need some extra wires and circuit breakers.
