Hey David,
The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 has a 6" spacing so you'd only be taking on a 1/4" difference horizontally for both sides, which should be within tolerance for the shackle straps. Switching to a longer shackle strap like 3-1/8" # TRSL313 could help maintain your current height, but you'll run the risk of the straps sitting out of tolerance compared to the equalizer.
