Since you're replacing the air distribution box and rooftop unit you'll also have to replace the thermostat and controller. For me deciding between an Advent Air or Furrion system has been a no-brainer lately with Furrion being the better of the two. Furrion has come out with higher efficiency units and provides better customer support whenever I have a question, which I can't say the same for Advent Air.

To still be able to utilize the switch on your ballast you would need to cut the connectors off of the wires for the T5 LED Light Bulb # DI43VR and splice the to the switch.
