Adam: Hi everyone, Adam with etrailer.com. We're here at etrailer, and we got snow on the ground. We're going to take a look at two different sizes of the Hopkins SubZero snow brushes. We have a 35-inch one. It'd be able to go all the way out to about 35 inches.This is going to be a little bit easier to store up. The difference between these two is only about eight inches, when they're fully compact.
We have a 50-inch one, which is the one I'm going to be using today.It's going to give us the most amount of coverage, and the most amount of leverage to get up to those taller spots we may have. As you can see here on our Silverado, with the curve of this thing, I'm actually able to get all the way to the other end and push all that snow off.Which is always nice, because sometimes when you're pulling it towards you and you have a shorter one, usually your feet get a little snowy. Just so you guys can see, we're not going to have that with the 35-inch one. I'll be able to get halfway up, and that's about it.I might be able to get it, but then I'll be rubbing up against my truck and I don't really want to damage the paint there. With these bristles, we will be able to protect our paint too, so you don't have to worry about really scratching up too bad.Another really cool feature of both of these, you press this button here, it's going to actually rotate this around.
If we wanted to. let's just say do our hood. If we wanted to do our hood, we can go ahead and have it.This orientation makes it a little bit easier, which is always a plus, because it's probably going to be pretty cold if you're using this. Or obviously we can use the other orientation too, to kind of push it all off to the side. Whatever is preferable to you.In both orientations, we can do this to also clean off our ton of cover that we may have.
You can either do it like this, or rotate it around. Just kind of push it all off to the other end, it might take a couple of times.A lot of the times when you have a bunch of snow like this, and you're going at high speeds, it's going to fall off and maybe ruin someone's day. Getting all this off as quickly as possible, is not only best for you, but for everybody else on the road.Once you get all that snow off, most of it, we will have an ice scraper to get that kind of stuff off on both of them. I'm going to actually revert back to the 50-inch, because it is my pick. It's long enough.We're going to have an ice breaker, to kind of break up all the ice if we want.
Then we're going to have a flat ice scraper as well. It's going to get all that done. With it completely extended, I can actually reach all the way to the driver's side. That's going to make easy work of this.If you're wondering what size to get, I mean, honestly, if you're not worried about storing it away, I would definitely grab the 50-inch. Just because it's going to be able to reach all the way across, even the taller vehicles that you may have.Again, both of them do have the curvature to it, which is going to help. Honestly, I would just go with the 50-inch. It's plenty of length to get all the jobs done. It Has the same exact features on both, and of course, a nice pad for your hand.Just so it's not really cold, because it is made of metal. This blue part here, it's a little colder on my hand. The pad, it's comfy and it's a little bit warmer. That's pretty much going to do it, for our look at the Hopkins SubZero snow brooms.

Great features a brush that locks in place a handle with different length settings that lock. No more handle and brush turning. Features heavy duty material. The scraper head looks heavy duty unlike competitors scrapers. The only disappointment was the scraper didn’t come with a free demonstration. I am located in Minnesota feel free to try it out. I gave my first scraper/brush to our son who drives a Ford pickup with a long reach to scrape ice and snow from his windshield. He loves it and I purchased 2 more for our vehicles. Love the extension part to reach far and it has a good scraper for ice, a good brush for snow and slush. Can't beat this scraper!

Love the extender and swivel brush
Very nice sturdy looking item. I really like the “Bow” in the Handle. Nice design feature. I specifically searched for that.
Won’t actually get to use it till next winter.
Got it for my wife to reach the top of her Honda HRV.

My wife absolutely loves it. She is not a tall woman. At 5’2” this really helps her to Clear off the top of her Honda HR-V with ease. It is extremely well made, the “Bow” is the crucial point that really adds to its versatility and functionality.
In my state it New Jersey it is the law to remove snow from top of vehicle. We have an E-250 econoline van, if it snows we need a ladder to clean off top. Not any more !! Great product with plenty of length to get the job done. I usually have to get on ladder when home and was afraid when I wasn't home about wife on ladder. No ladder or worries anymore. Easy enough for all persons using it, rotating head is another good feature as well as the ice scraper and breaker.
I love this snow scraper! I bought it a week ago hoping that snow in Mass. was done for the season, but I used it yesterday for the first time. The brush head is wide so it clears a lot in one pass. Plus, having it swivel out of the way for storage is terrific. The curved handle was a little odd at first since I'm used to straight extendables, but by the end of the job it felt more natural. I have a small car but love the length since I can push the snow away from me in one swoop and not have to tidy up anything left over in the center. Definitely worth it!
I ordered eight(8) ice scrappers to be used for christmas Gifts. I found the ice scrapper to be of top quality with easy extension feature of using a button rather than swisting the handle and locking in place. I also found the scrapper end to be strong and rigid for removing ice. The other feature of being able to rotate the brush with the push of a botton allowed for easy storage. Excellent product. Will be proud to present them as gifts.
Gave this snow/ice scraper as a gift for my son who lives in the North. He hasn't used it yet but liked the swivel brush for storage. Customer service was awesome. I received a phone call in response to an email I sent questioning delivery.
It's just a snow brush, but the extension wand works very well and pivoting head does help with storage considering that the brush is relatively large. Very pleased with the product and etrailer’s delivery and support is always outstanding.
I bought this before going on a trip to the snow belt. I didn't need it, but I can tell the build quality is really good. I don't regret the purchase at all.
Looks very sturdy, well built. I like the curved handle, seems like it will be easier to clean roof on vehicle. Just missed the last snow to give it a try, but I'm sure that there will be another snow fall to come and give it a test.
Great brush/scrapper combo; let's me reach the entire window of my truck, without having to use a step stool.

I purchased two of this product and they both broke scraping ice off of the windshield. Both broke within a month of purchasing.

It's a snow brush - works as expected.
Could have used this item yesterday, but will have to try it when we get frost or snow. It looks good.

I have a GMC dually and this brush worked very well with snow and ice removal.

This item works very well.
Sturdy, well made product. Nicely designed tool for removing snow and ice from your vehicle. Very pleased with this purchase.
This product has worked perfectly.
Fairly good scraper. Bristles on brush end warped and are now curved from hot summer day. Take note to be careful not to extend past last hole. It can get stuck extended and can be a real bear to get pushed back in.
Product is excellant! Ordering and delivery from the company were perfect! Excellant transaction!!!

The scraper still works excellent. I live in Minnesota, so it’s really been put to the test from heavy snow to extremely thick ice. It still functions great and looks excellent. It also performed good at sub zero temperatures.
