The instructions were not correct for one of my door lock taps, but that was easy to sort out. I have a solid bed cover, so this makes my job of securing and accessing my bed, soooo easy!
Great idea horrible execution. I spent the better part of two days working on this. The instructions are wrong. Play phone tag for several days with Support. The wires they told me to use were told me different from the instructions. I did finally get it working, but it won’t consistently lock or unlock, which makes it more of a liability.
When it’s installed, you can look at the mechanism and the way it works and immediately see why it will not work consistently
