They replace the old dual-filament incandescent bulbs for taillights, turn-signals and brake lights. The replacement bulbs fit directly into original factory light sockets. The base-type on the bulb is a 7443 or a T20 base. Both bulbs are included.LEDs are great replacements for incandescent lights.
They last longer, they burn brighter, they are much more efficient. With LEDs, you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments. The bright amber light is produced by 42 LEDs total, so that's 21 LEDs per bulb. The light is emitted 360 degrees around each bulb. The unit features 50,000 hour LED lifespan.
The diameter of this area is 3/4 of an inch. Overall length is about 2-1/4 inches long. These bulbs replace bulb numbers 7443 and 7444 NA.We're going to go ahead and turn on our power source. We'll turn off our overhead lights. Now, when it comes to the light output, we're looking at 540 lumens per bulb, so when combines that's 1,080.
These bulbs are designed for 12 volt systems. This would be the taillight function. This would be the brake light function, and this would be the turn-signal function. Now the power draw was taken at 14.3 volts and that was 0.26 amps, or 3.72 watts.That's going to do it for today's look at the Luma amber LED bulbs.
