Lumens are used to measure the amount of usable light that is put out by a light source. Raw lumens represent the number of lumens that the manufacturer claims the LEDs are capable of producing. It does not include the light's drive method or the amount of light lost from the lens or reflector. Effective lumens take these factors into account and represent the number of lumens that are actually produced by the complete light assembly, not just the amount of light that the diodes are capable of producing. Stable lumens builds off the idea of effective lumens by measuring the amount of light produced after 30 minutes of usage, or once the diodes have reached their average operating temperature. These bulbs have a 800 raw lumen capacity per bulb and produce 645 effective lumens per bulb. The stable lumen capacity per bulb is 452 lumens.

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at the ARC Eco Series White LED Bulbs with the Wedge Base. It's for a quantity of two bulbs. Now, these bulbs will easily upgrade your factory bulbs on automotive, marine and RV applications, using these white LED bulbs. They are a compact bulb design.
They use automotive-grade LED chips, and they are sized similar to your OEM bulbs, to ensure that there's no fitment or clearance issues. They do use a diffuse 360 degree lens, which creates a nice, smooth all-round illumination. The wedge base on them mounts into a compatible fixture, and they are a durable aluminum construction to prevent overheating. Now, the contact points right here at the bottom, when you plug them in, they are polarity reversible contact points. And basically, what that means, is when you plug this in this way, or this way, they'll work either way, it doesn't matter what polarity.
Now, I am gonna hook these up to some 12 volt power to show how bright they are in the white color. But I first wanna go through some specs. Again, the color of the bulb is white. It is for a quantity of two bulbs, and they do use 23 LEDs per bulb. The light output, 600 lumens per bulb.
Power draw at 12 volts is 0.65 amps. Voltage is nine volts to 16 volts DC, and they do have an IP67 rating, which means they are waterproof. So what I'm gonna do now is take my connections, put them onto the contact points. And once you're on our contact points, should be able to turn on our 12 volt power, and you can see how bright the white light is. To see it better, I'll turn off the overheads, and there's your bright, white light.
Again, 23 LEDs per bulb. I'm even gonna zoom out to show you from a distance how bright they are. Go ahead and turn back on our lights. Turn off our power. But that's gonna do it for the review on the ARC Eco Series White LED Bulbs with the Wedge Base for a quantity of two.
