The system is entirely manual and requires no electrical power, making it ideal for tractors, logging equipment, and other vehicles and machinery that can't be parked close to an outlet. Once the system is installed, there's nothing else that you need to do to maintain the system other than change out the fuel canister, which will need to be done after approximately 200 startups. This system is designed to work with an 18-oz canister of ether fast flash fuel (not included).
Just trigger this Ether Start fuel injection system by pulling the knob that installs in the cab of your vehicle as you crank the engine. The cable that the knob is attached to will tug on the lever of the actuating assembly. This releases the ether into a metering chamber that will discharge 5 - 6 cc of liquid ether out through the nozzle. The nozzle's built-in filter vaporizes the ether, which is then injected into the intake manifold as a vapor instead of a stream. For the most effective and smoothest start, install this system so that the nozzle orifice is perpendicular to the manifold length. This universal system includes 2 different nozzles to achieve the spray orientation needed for any size engine.

Now, this is an ether fuel injection system. That'll offer a hassle-free way to get fast, reliable start-ups in cold weather. Basically, once activated, a measured shot of ether is vaporized, and sent into your intake manifold.
And that vapor will serve as a catalyst for combustion. Helping to ensure that your engine will start on the first try, even in cold temperatures. Now, includes all the parts you need. The only thing missing is an 18 ounce fuel cylinder with ether. That is not included.
You would have to supply that. It is a manual pull-cable activation. Basically, you just choose when to deliver the ether by pulling this cable. The knob here will mount in your cab, so there's no need to have another person try to spray the fluid as you turn the key. And there's no electricity or battery power that's required.
And there's no over-injection. The actuating valve right here will meter out 5 to 6 cc of ether for each use to prevent engine overload. And the spray nozzle with the built-in filter vaporizes the ether. Prevents any manifold flashback. So, this is virtually maintenance-free.
All you have to do is change out the fuel cylinder when it's empty. Wanna zoom in. This kit will include everything shown here on the table. The actuator valve assembly right here. Seven foot long pull cable with the knob and the sleeve. Four foot long nylon tubing. The two different size spray nozzles that'll work with any size engine. And then, the mounting plates with the clamps and the hardware. Now, these clamps are designed to hold your fuel cylinder into place. The actuator valve assembly here, which is nice. This is where your unscrew this. And then, you'll attach your fuel cylinder into there. And then, that cable will come down here and attach to this lever. So, when you pull that knob in your cab or your vehicle, it'll push this and you could see that'll inject the ether into your intake manifold. And this cap is just used if you don't have a fuel cylinder attached to it. Just put the cap on. Put it into place. Keep it protected. These parts are made in the USA. Few specs again, the application's for gas and diesel vehicles with an engine size of 3.3 liters and larger. But that should do it for the review on the Kat's Heaters universal ether start fluid injection system with the pull cable..

Have not installed yet, but looks well designed and should work as advertised. This will be replacing a factory injection system on an old IH D260 tractor. I have been able to order and receive overnight a bottle of ether from NAPA.
