Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this ARB shackle with screw pin. This bow shackle is going to reduce wear on slings when connecting recovery equipment. It's going to improve load distribution and increase the sling efficiency. The rounded body is going to allow for a wide sling bearing surface, and this is going to connect and disconnect easily with the included 5/8 of an inch screw pin. That screw pin is powder coated, by the way, to resist rust and corrosion.
And this shackle does feature a galvanized finished, so this is gonna hold up really well against the elements. The safe working load limit is 6,500 pounds. And let me go ahead and see if I can just give you some measurements so you have a good idea of the size. So looking at the width, calling the overall width here at the widest point from end to end, we're sitting pretty close to three inches wide. And then looking at the height, see if I can line that up for you, looks like we're pretty close to four inches tall.
And then the inside width or diameter, looks like we're sitting pretty close to one, I'm gonna call it at 1-3/4 inches it looks like, pretty close to 1-3/4 inches. So again, it's gonna be very easy to connect and disconnect. Slide that pin in and then turn it until it's tight and you'll be good to go. Well, that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
