Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this K Source replacement side mirror. This is gonna be a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror on your 2006 through 2011 Honda Civic Coupe. This is going to be modeled after your Civic's original look and fit so you won't have to worry about it looking like it was pieced together from the junkyard, that sort of thing. Should look like it came with your vehicle right from the the factory so no worries about cohesive look for your vehicle and that sort of thing.

And it's also going to have the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror so you're not gonna have to do any drilling or anything to get this installed. It's gonna be very easy and just attach it where your original was attached and it's got that plug there for your electrical to plug right in so very simple to get this installed. You can see this back portion does come disassembled so that you can't very easily remove this and paint it to match the color of your vehicle if you like and then you don't have to worry about overspray on the rest of the mirror. You can just hit that portion and then stick it in. Once it's in, it's very difficult to remove so that's why I'm not installing it myself, but that gives you a nice option to make it even more integrated with your vehicle.

This does have the power remote capabilities so that you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. And it's also got the heated mirror glass that's gonna help clear your frost and ice, and help reduce fogging. Keep in mind, both those functionalities are only going to, or functions are only gonna work if your vehicle is already capable of it. It's not going to add those functions to a vehicle that doesn't already have those capabilities. This is a OE grade product so it's gonna be nice and high-quality just like your original.

The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome so you're gonna get a nice, clear image. And it is a flat lens so it's gonna give you a true representation of the object size behind you so you can very easily see if someone's coming up to your side before you change lanes. Or as you're backing up, you can make sure that you're not gonna run into anything. This is a nice, durable plastic construction so it is going to hold up really well for you. And this is going to be a match for the original equipment number that you see on the screen there.

So, if you are going through your owner's manual, or when you take off your original mirror, if you see that number anywhere, you can trust this is gonna be the replacement that you need. And this is the driver's side. We also have the passenger side available.
