Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailor.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this K-Source replacement passenger side mirror. This side view mirror is gonna be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your 2011 through 2014 Dodge Charger. This is modeled after the Chargers original look and fit. So you really shouldn't be able to tell that it's a replacement mirror. It should look like it came with your Charger, right from the factory.

It does have the same footprint. So it's gonna be a very easy installation. You're not gonna have to worry about drilling new holes or anything like that. Basically just take off your original mirror. Put this one in its place.

It is going to plug into the existing electrical wiring on your vehicle. So everything is gonna be very easy to get installed. This mirror does have the power remote capability so it will adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. And now keep in mind that will only work if your vehicle are already has that function. It's not going to add that capability if your vehicle doesn't already have it.

This mirror does not support the memory function. So if your original mirror did might lose a little functionality there but overall it's gonna be a really good replacement for you. This does have OE grade quality components, so the front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome. So it's gonna give you a nice, clear image. It does have a convex lens, like most passenger side mirrors.

So it's gonna give you that more wide angle view that helps reduce those blind spots. So you'll be able to see what's coming up behind you or as you're backing up and that sort of thing and make sure you're gonna be safe as you're changing lanes and that and whatnot. So the does also have the breakaway design, so the mirror's gonna fold in on itself if you we're to run into the side of your garage or a parking post or something like that. It's going to help to absorb that impact and to deter breakage of the mirror. But it is a nice durable plastic housing with a a nice black finish to it. And this can be painted to match the color of your vehicle to give it an even more integrated look if you like, or you can just leave it with that black finish, as it comes. This is going to be a replacement for the original equipment number that you see on the screen there. So if you go into your owner's manual or when you pull off the original mirror if you see that number anywhere you can trust this is gonna be exactly what you need to replace that mirror.
