Today we're going to take a look at the K Source electric heated passenger side replacement side mirror. This is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2002 to 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 pickups and the 2003 to 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups. This is a side view mirror. It is a direct replacement for your passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle and it is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. Does have the power remote capability that you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle.
They do use heated mirror glass on this which will help clear frost and ice and reduce fogging. It is a OE grade convex class with fist surface plating to reflect clear images. Front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome and because it's a passenger side mirror, it is a convex lens which will provide a wide angle view which reduces the blind spots. It is a break away design; the mirror will fold when it's struck to prevent any breakage. It's a durable plastic housing with a nice black finish and it is an easy no drill installation. Basically, you can see it has the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror.
