This 1/2" FTP fresh-water plumbing cap cuts off water on a 1/2" MPT pipe or fitting. Seals the water system after you uninstall lines you no longer need, or can be placed temporarily if you plan to install something later on.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this FLAIR-IT Plumbing Cap Fitting. Now, this is a half-inch FTG cap that's gonna fit a half-inch pipe to stop the flow of water in your RV fresh water pipe. This is gonna work with PEX pipes, the old gray PB pipes, and polyvinyl tubing. So if you have any of those half-inch pipes, this is gonna do a great job stopping that water flow for you. It is a polyoxyethylene construction so it is gonna be very durable and resistant to stress cracking.
