Unlike other furniture that have raw wood edges, this long-lasting tabletop has edge banding trim around all 4 sides to prevent peeling, cracking, or warping. That means it won't break if one of the kids accidentally drops a drinking glass, and it'll seal out the moisture from the spilled water.
There are 3 white circles on the back, which give you a general suggestion for where to mount your existing leg kit. For the best table stability, we recommend installing a 1-leg kit onto the middle circle and a 2-leg kit onto the outer circles, or no more than 24" apart. But you can install the leg kit anywhere along the internal steel mounting plate. The 30" x 10" plate will help improve screw retention for when you attach the leg kit to the tabletop.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the replacement etrailer 40 inch by 30 inch, cherry wood, RV dinette table with the black trim. Now, this part will replace or upgrade the tabletop that's on your etrailer RV dinette table. Or it can be used with other dinette brands of the same size. This one here is designed to work as a direct replacement for the etrailer dining tables. Part number E23CR, and E55CR.
Now, this is just for the tabletop. It does require one or two table leg kits for a complete setup, and those leg kits we do sell separately on our website. They are listed on this product page as a related product. If you need the flush mount table leg, it's part number E69RR. And if you need the surface mount table leg, it's E79RR.
Now, this tabletop has an ultra strong, high-density EPS foam tabletop core. It ensures durability and stability. Does have a nice, cherry wood grain laminate, which provides the perfect accent color for your existing decor. And what's nice, if you notice, the edging that goes all the way around the edge, it is a black edging that adds a nice contemporary feel to your tabletop. And that edging, I wanted to show you, if we zoom in, the edge banding on this, this will even help reinforce the table sides.
And it even seals the edge, keeps any moisture out, prevents the tabletop from peeling, cracking, or warping. Now, on the underside of this tabletop, just, we're gonna go ahead and flip it over. And you'll notice when I flip it over, the first thing you see is those three large circles. And basically, those circles are telling you where the internal screw plate is located, that's on the inside of this tabletop. That screw plate assists with the screw retention, when you're attaching the table leg to your table.
Now, if you do attach one table leg, it goes right in the center here. If you attach two, you'll use the two outer circles. And what's nice is these circles are about the same diameter as the flange that's on the mounting, or on the table leg. So you just line that leg up with the circle, put your screws in, it'll hold it into place. This part is made in the USA. Few specs on this, the length on this table, end to end, is 40 inches long. Width is 30 inches wide. And the thickness on this tabletop, is one and a quarter inches thick. Weight on it is 20 pounds. The problem I have , was that the screws that hold table in place would strip out . Need to place reinforced plate at end.
