Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at our tablet holder, utility hook, and head rest bracket from Performance Tool, right here at etrailer. So this is a two-in-one headrest holder. So it fits right into your head rest and allows you to either carry your tablets, your mobile devices, even your phones, or if you want to, you can also put your utility hook and that allows you to hang your bags and your purses or other items. So let's first look at the tablet holder function. So we have a slightly adjustable tablet holder here. Now it doesn't have a stop, so you will kind of have to be careful about where you place it.

It has a stop at one end, but not midway. You can also have your tablets in portrait or landscape motion. So let's take a look at how we can move that around. So we have our brackets in there holding on to our tablet. Now I'm gonna loosen the bracket by loosening this knob, and that will give me enough clearance to take my tablet out.

So with that loose, I can now slide this up and down. And if I want to move this into the portrait mode, I just slide it to the largest opening it has, sit it right inside those tabs, tighten it back up and then tighten down that knob. So the tallest tablet it can carry in portrait mode is a tablet that's up to 9 3/4 inches tall, which is exactly what I have here. If your tablet is taller than that, then you're just gonna have to carry it in landscape mode. And what if you have extra thick cases Well, these can be adjusted as well.

Just push in those tabs, and you now have clearance for those larger cases. There's foam padding on the inside of the holder, so it's gonna be right where those brackets are, and right here in the center. It's a very thin foam holder, though, so while it does add a little bit of extra padding, it's not that much. So the way I have it resting is where it stops in the upward position, and this allows me to angle this downwards. Now because of gravity, it may wanna just drop down.

So if I wanna switch it around, I can just switch the entire holder around just like that, pop that into place, and now I have a different angle of movement. So it's really up to you what's gonna be the best fit for you. I kind of wish I could stop it right there in the middle, but it's just kind of more of a practice makes perfect. Now, how did I switch it out We have two tabs right here, and that also allows you to switch it with the utility hook. So the utility hook has the same design on the end, this just pops into your head rest holder. And then when you wanna take it out, you just press on this and that allows you to take it out. So it's very easy to switch around, which I think is gonna be the main feature of this holder. This allows you to hang your purses, your bags, your grocery bags as well from this hook. You have a little bit of movement as well, if you want it in upwards or in a downwards position, it's really just up to you. So this is the holder that fits into the head rest. So you just have that square in the middle. You can just leave this on your head rest if you want. And then when you wanna adjust it, you just pull in on that and then you can pop it right out. So this fits headrests up to 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 inches wide, when it comes to where the head posts fit. So these are the three pieces that come with your set. I personally prefer the utility hook over the tablet holder. Again, I mentioned how I wish I could adjust the angle more and set it for the tablet holder. That way, as I ride along, I can get the best position for my reading or using angle. But other than that, I really like how this fits right into your head rest, just like that, and then you can switch it around quickly. So if you're in a type of person that likes versatility and likes being able to switch things around, this might be a good option for you. If you're focusing on using this as a tablet holder, you have other options here at each etrailer that are more dedicated tablet holders that you might be interested in. But if you also want something to put your purse or your bag, I personally have that issue a lot. I'm in the driver's seat, and I just need to put my bag. Rather than throw it into the backseat, I can put it right here. This is a nice sturdy way to do so.
