Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at these Coghlan's insect shield pants. These are polyester mesh pants that are gonna be extremely lightweight and flame retardant, so even if you're wearing shorts outside on a summer hike where it's nice and warm, these aren't going to be too heavy or cut away too much of that breeze. So it's still gonna be nice to wear these out on a hike, but they do have this ultra fine mesh that has 1,150 holes per square inch. So it's gonna help protect you from mosquitoes, no-see-ums, ticks and other tiny insects, so you don't have to worry about getting bit when you're out enjoying nature. These also have an elastic drawstring waist, so it's going to give you a nice seal against your body.

So you're not gonna have to worry about insects getting in there, also at the cuffs by your ankles have that elastic there so that you can make sure you have a nice tight fit, like so. These do come in multiple sizes, so you've got the small for folks that are up to 160 pounds. You've got the medium for up to 200 pounds, the large for up to 240 pounds, and then the extra large, like I have here, for the folks that are up to 300 pounds. Now I am about 6 foot 3 and pushing 290 pounds myself, so you can kind of see how these fit me. These are a unisex design, so you're gonna have lots of room to accommodate different body types and what not.

Now, if you do want extra protection, they also have jackets that are the same material. So the same four sizes are available for those jackets to give you extra protection, to make sure that you're gonna be able to enjoy your time out of doors.
