Today we're going to review part number AUT-JEE-G. This is the automotive gold Jeep stainless steel trailer hitch cover for 2" hitches with the gold finish. This is an officially licensed Jeep log hitch cover. Slides into your hitch receiver to help keep out any dirt and prevent any rust. It does have a UV-resistant black epoxy by the letters here. It's very durable. Has a gold finish ABS plastic face that adds style and shine.
It is all mounted onto the stainless steel base, which will help resist rust and corrosion. The sleeve that slides into the 2" receiver is also a stainless steel construction. It is also a one-piece riveted construction. It's riveted back here and to the base here. There's no assembly required. When you do receive these, it will be like this.
It does have multiple holes drilled on the side to fit your hitch receiver opening. The hitch pin and clip or the hitch lock, they're all sold separately, or you could use the one you already have. This part is made in the USA. The application is 2" by 2" trailer hitch receivers. It does come with a lifetime warranty. That should do it for the review on part number AUT-JEE-G. My ugly trailer hitch was a real downer.......Most of the hitch covers are gruesomer Not this one..what you are looking at is gorgeous !!!! Cough up the cost..you won't be sorry.

Excellent choice! Compliments my truck nicely. This is actually the second time I have bought this same hitch cover. You know it has to be good to buy it twice!
I purchased this a year ago. The cutouts allow for multiple insert depths and optimal mounting variations. I was concerned about a vibration between the insert and receiver so I installed a rubber seal between the two that allowed for a firm connection and no rattles. No rust or fading (Midwest location) so it has been thru all of the seasons and salt looking good.
I was very pleased with the hitch. Looks really nice on my Ford Ranger. !st class quality. Arrived as scheduled.

One wonders why all covers made for 1 1/4" with and adapter for 2" so there would be no need for 2 sizes. I attached it to my E Trailer hitch on my Corvette. Yes a tow hitch on a Corvette for bike rack.
This is the second time I have purchased a trailer hitch from this company. I only had to replace this product because I was rear ended a few weeks ago by another driver. The tow bar took all the damage and while it had to be replaced, it protected the back of my jeep from further impact.

I had a cheap rubber cover but it either blew off in the wash or got stolen. With a locking pin this one should stay put. Makes a nice little enhancement to my vehicle and shows pride in having served our country. Glad it arrived in time for display this "Veterans Day".
