Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Clemson University Chrome Logo Mascot Emblem two inch hitch cover. Now, a cover like this serves at least two purposes, you can display your pride in being a Clemson Tiger fan, while at the same time, keeping your hitch receiver free and clear of any kind of rust and dirt buildup. Frequently, when you leave your hitch receiver open, it can build up with rust and debris that will make it more difficult to insert your accessories. So by having this hitch cover installed, you're going to be keeping your receiver clean while sporting your Clemson Tiger pride. Now, this officially licensed hitch cover features the tiger paw print logo in chrome on a metal black powder coated base, so this is a premium hitch cover, and this American-made emblem is rustproof and fadeproof. And what I particularly like about this cover is it does include this foam gasket to prevent rattling inside of your trailer hitch receiver.
So this is going to fit two inch trailer hitch receivers, and this hitch cover does require a pin and clip for installation, and that is sold separately, so if you do not have a pin and clip, you would have to pick that up as well. However, because this is an all metal premium hitch cover, I would recommend taking a look at etrailer's trailer hitch receiver lock for two inch hitches, you can find that on our website using item number E98880, and that is going to secure this to your trailer hitch receiver, and so no one will be tempted to come by and try to yank this off your receiver. Some overall measurements, we are looking at about five inches, let me line that up a little bit better, get my finger there, we're looking at about five inches wide all together, and then looking at the height, we're sitting right at 3 1/2 inches tall. Nice and durable. Looks great in person. We have not put it on my sons truck yet because it needs pins to hold it on. I Can't wait to see it on his truck when we are able to get the necessary pins for the hitch.

Before I took it out of the box, I could tell that this was a high quality product. The colors are bright and the fit is perfect. The foam seal to keep water out of the hitch was an unexpected nice touch. It looks great on my truck.
Be advised, it does not come with any kind of retaining device, you will need a hitch pin to keep it in place. I purchased a locking pin because something as nice as this would probably get stolen.
